Lumbox bills monthly via Dodo Payments. Every plan includes the full API and MCP surface. Plans differ only in capacity.

Rate limits
Per API key, sliding window:

Over-limit responses return 429 Too Many Requests with a Retry-After header (seconds).
Quota behavior
When a monthly quota is exceeded the API returns 402 Payment Required on writes (send, create inbox, etc.). Reads keep working. Quotas reset on the first of each month UTC.
Custom plans
For higher inbox counts, dedicated IPs, EU region, SOC 2 deliverables, or a BYOC deployment, email sales@lumbox.co.
